Chlorophyll data published for rosette casts on NES-LTER Transect cruises since 2017

NES-LTER is pleased to announce our first data publication in collaboration with the Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI):

This data package brings together the chlorophyll data for rosette casts from NES-LTER Transect cruises, including cruises to the OOI Coastal Pioneer Array. Twenty people – three lab groups and information managers in the NES-LTER project and the OOI Coastal and Global Scale Nodes (CGSN) Data Team – were involved with creating this data package! We’d like to thank Jaxine Wolfe for initiating and Kate Morkeski for implementing a reproducible workflow to assemble this package. This was Kate’s first data publication to NSF’s Environmental Data Initiative repository.
